Our roots are deep in the CrossFit methodology, but that’s not all we do. At CrossFit Immersion, we offer an extensive CrossFit schedule, but also Bootcamp, and even Youth Fitness.

CROSSFIT

CrossFit is constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more.

BOOTCAMP

Bootcamp Classes at Immersion Fitness are designed to give you a total body workout and increase your overall fitness level. Our members can expect to improve their cardiovascular health and endurance through fast-paced workouts utilizing functional bodyweight movements, running, rowing, plyometrics, sandbags, kettlebells, and dumbbells.

YOUTH FITNESS

Youth Fitness is a physical activity program specifically designed to make health and fitness fun for kids of all ages. Our Youth Fitness program offers a safe, fun & healthy environment for kids to learn to love fitness.
