What to expect…

During your session, one of our expert CrossFit Immersion coaches will show you the ropes starting with a high-level breakdown of what CrossFit is (spoiler alert: it's the catalyst for your transition into the badass powerhouse you're meant to be). Following a fun warm-up, you'll then receive instruction on some basic foundational movements that are incorporated into our daily workouts. Finally, we'll see what you're made of by putting you through your paces with our WOD (Workout of the Day). Don't worry; we'll scale the exercises to your level of fitness, experience, and sheer chutzpa. You're gonna sweat, so be sure to wear comfortable workout clothes and shoes.
